Before starting his own firm, Allen was a senior equity partner in one of the leading law firms in the world.  Allen is active in the industry as well as in the community. Allen received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his B.A. from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
